During National Small Business Week, Pleasant Precision, Inc. was recognized by the Toledo Port Authority for its continued growth, innovation, and contribution to the regional economy.

Founded in 1978 by Ron Pleasant and now proudly owned and operated by his daughter, Nicky Taylor, Pleasant Precision has spent decades building a reputation for precision manufacturing and engineering excellence within the plastics industry.

Operating from a 54,000-square-foot certified QMS injection molding facility in Kenton, Ohio, PPI provides full-service manufacturing solutions that include injection molding, mold making, extrusion, and secondary services that support customers throughout the production process.

As part of its ongoing investment in advanced manufacturing capabilities, Pleasant Precision utilized the Port Authority’s Ohio 166 Regional Loan Program to help finance new equipment for its facility. The investment supported operational growth while helping retain 43 jobs and create 2 new positions within the local community.

“Working with the Toledo Port Authority was a fantastic experience,” said Nicky Taylor, Owner and CFO of Pleasant Precision, Inc. “Their team made the Ohio 166 funding process smooth and efficient, and their support played a key role in moving our project forward. A great partner for our continued growth!”

Pleasant Precision is honored to be recognized during National Small Business Week and remains committed to delivering quality, innovation, and long-term manufacturing partnerships.
